1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TruthVault VPN ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. TruthVault VPN is operated by TruthVault VPN Inc., a Canadian corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Description

TruthVault VPN provides a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers. The Service includes VPN connectivity, smart home management features, parental controls, and other features depending on your subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: engaging in illegal activities, distributing malware or spam, violating intellectual property rights, or circumventing geographic restrictions to access content in violation of applicable laws. TruthVault VPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We use PayPal for payment processing. All payments are subject to PayPal's terms of service.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Please review our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility. Trial periods, if offered, are subject to the terms stated at the time of trial enrollment.

8. No-Logs Policy

TruthVault VPN does not log your browsing activity, connection timestamps, IP addresses, or DNS queries while you are connected to our VPN service. We are committed to your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUTHVAULT VPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
