1. Introduction

TruthVault VPN Inc. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our VPN service. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian privacy laws.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and billing information (processed securely through PayPal — we do not store full payment card details).

Usage Information: We collect aggregate statistics about our service infrastructure (e.g., server load) but do NOT log your browsing activity, connection times, IP addresses assigned, or DNS queries.

Device Information: We collect device names and WireGuard public keys you register to enable VPN connectivity.

3. No-Logs VPN Policy

TruthVault VPN operates a strict no-logs policy for VPN activity. We do not monitor, record, log, or store your: browsing history, connection timestamps, originating IP addresses, DNS queries, traffic data, or session duration. Your VPN activity is private.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and manage your subscription, process payments, send service-related communications (e.g., receipts, account alerts), and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to: access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, withdraw consent to data processing, and request deletion of your information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@truthvault-vpn.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption for VPN tunnels and WireGuard protocol for all connections. Your data in transit is protected by TLS. We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

8. Third-Party Services

We use PayPal for payment processing. Your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy. Our VPN servers are hosted on Contabo, Fly.io, and OVHcloud infrastructure.

9. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for session management and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Children

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.
